On ticking the terms and conditions on the booking form you are agreeing to the following terms, and acknowledging you are aware of the following information. 

By agreeing to the following terms you are choosing to waiver certain legal rights, including the right to sue if injury occurs whilst using the facilities.

To: The OakleyWales owners

We (The guests) each may wish to use the swimming pool, hot tub, and saunas at OakleyWales during the length of our stay. By using these facilities we recognize and fully understand certain things, including:

At no time is there a lifeguard on duty and therefore it is advised to always have a minimum of two people using the facilities at any given time and any non swimmers or children should be supervised at all times and not enter the pool without appropriate buoyancy aids.

Diving is NOT permitted.

There are increased risks associated with using the facilities under the influence of drugs or alcohol and it is advised not to use unless sober.

The risks of burns if skin contacts the infra-red panels in the infra-red sauna or the sauna heater in the steam sauna.

Due to the risks of injury due to hot components and the risks of increased body temperature, under 16's are advised not to use the sauna's and be fully supervised if using any of the facilities

The risks associated with dehydration or dizzy spells post hot tub or sauna use, It is therefore advisable to limit use of both to a maximum of 20 minutes. 

The risks of using the hot tub and sauna when on certain medications (it is advisable to check with your Doctor/Health care provider before use).

The use of the swimming pool and facilities by guests involves certain risks, including but not limited to:-

The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action/activities in the pool or facilities.

By agreeing to these terms you recognize and fully understand the above is not a complete or exhaustive list of all the possible risks; the list only provides some examples and guidance of appropriate usage.

In exchange for the owners allowing guests to utilize the pool and facilities during their stay, you (the guest) hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights as stated below.

1. To waiver any and all claims that each of you have or may have in the future against the Owners, it's offices, employees, agents, representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "Releasees") relating to our use of the pool, hot tub and saunas.

2. To release the releases from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that you may suffer or that your next of kin may suffer in connection with the use of the releasees' pool, hot tub and saunas to any cause whatsoever;

3. To hold harmless and indemnity the releasees from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to any third party, resulting from the use of pool, hot tub, saunas or pool area;

4. That all guests over the age of 18 years are responsible and will adhere to the rules of the property and any guests under the age of 18 years will be fully supervised to adhere to the rules by the appropriate guardian.

5. That the Waiver, release and agreement is fully effective and shall be effective, and binding upon each of you. and your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf of your estates.

On ticking the box on the booking form you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to this document.
